Return & Refund Policy

At Glowluxbliss, every item is made to order especially for you. Because each product is custom-printed at the moment of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, color preferences, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives with a printing error, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at glowluxblissllc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label.

Cancellations

Since our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.
